How to use:
Aromatherapy:
- 6-8 drops in 100ml water(in diffuser), 30minutes, 2-3 times a day;
- 1-2 drops on wrists 2-3 times/day;
Caution:
keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters from the diffuser.
